Eligibility for a Refund/Return:
- Condition: To be eligible for a refund or return on eligible items (excluding furniture), the item must be in the same condition you received it – unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
- Time Frame: Requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.
